Environmental Policy

Alberta is a company manufacturing & exporting footballs for the international market. We understand that our business may have an environmental impact by performing our activities and using raw materials, and natural and artificial resources. Alberta® is committed to continuous improvement of its Environmental Management System to achieve a safe and conductive environment. We are highly concerned about the Prevention of pollution for safe living. The relevant NEQS of Pakistan WFSGI regulations related to environment Buyers Standard of Engagement (SOE) To sustain this commitment, the requirements are comprehensively mentioned in the document of the environmental management system of ISO 14001. These apply to all related activities. This policy is documented, implemented, maintained, and communicated at all levels within the company and is available to the public for their interest.

Medical Policy

Albertq® knows that some activities in football manufacturing may danger to the health of employees. So to diagnose the disease, the factory conducts a medical examination program once a year in which competent MBBS doctors examine all employees and take necessary action to cure the disease if found.

Safety Policy

For us, nothing is more important and value able than your life and health. Always use personal protection equipment at your workplaces provided by the company. Safety gloves, earplugs, goggles, eye guards, etc. always remember that nothing is as important and value able to Alberta® as your health and life. When orders come into hand we will check the following things:

  • Estimates the order capacity
  • Check the material arrangement
  • Departmental capacity
  • Current capacity

  • Time factor Company checks all the factors and then confirms the order.

HSE / SOE Policy

It is the policy of Alberta® To provide a safe & healthy working environment including protection from fire, accidents, and toxic substances, to your valuable workforce, we believe that a safe & healthy working environment is the right of every employee and our organization is committed to maintain and continuously improve the health, safety & environment circumstances in our factory by implementing health safety & environment management system comply with country’s all applicable environment at laws & regulations as well as our respected customer’s specific requirements.

Orientation Policy

In Alberta®, when an employee is hired he is introduced to the organization, the policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, safety and accidental prevention, machine layout, about an immediate supervisor, etc. in the orientation process an effort is made to acquaint the newly hired employees with the organizational structure.

Operation

All employees will get 1-3weeks of on-the-job training.

The probation period is 3months and in the 4month, the company will make an official contract with employees who are qualified.

Working hours start at 8:00 and end at 17:00

Working hours, including overtime, in not exceed more than 60hours per week.

By Employee Score Card (for production employees) and by Employee Evaluation Board (for office work), each employee will be evaluated by the manager, section leaders, or by supervisors, and the result is reported to the top management every 3rd working day of the month.

The production department has specific training plants and evaluation guidelines for the grade setting of an individual worker.

Salary increase, freeze, or decrease and promotion will be given once a year upon review of evaluation results and it’s complete by the end of December.

Employees, representatives can be selected by employees and representatives will have regular meetings with top management every 2 weeks.

The meeting will be held on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

Monday meeting will be held on every Monday and it starts at 8:30 and finishes at 9:10.

Every head of the department will make daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans for every employee to have an equal opportunity to be promoted by the company.

Evaluation

All employees will be evaluated every transfer and in the last month of the year.
